Traditionally quieter times of the year for volunteers can have a great impact on projects who rely on the funding and support to ensure the conservation work continues on a sustainable basis throughout the year. This year we are following Tuli African Research Project through the year and to say thank you for volunteering when the projects rely on you, we will offer up to 10% of your placement cost! 

When can I join?

This offer relates specifically to placements booked to travel in the months of October through to May - make an impact with your placement as the southern African summer gets into full swing and the breeding season unfurls. Watch the dusty, arid African landscape dramatically change into a thick bush of emerald green!

More Time to Make a Difference - Marine Conservation

June to November is whale watching season in South Africa. To help you make the biggest impact during this time, we are offering 4 weeks at the cost of 3, giving you a whole extra week to join the dedicated team at the Coastal Conservation and Education Project in their efforts to study dolphins, whales and seals and educate the local community about the amazing marine life at their door step!
