# About African Conservation Experience African Conservation Experience (Also known as ACE) are a UK-based tour operator and destination management company that organise experiences and trips to Southern Africa for individuals, families, couples, small and large groups and academic groups. The company has been operating for over 20 years and was one of the very first companies to exist in the wildlife and conservation travel market. Our travel products are focussed on ethical, conservation-based activities where our participants engage in career enrichment, education and volunteering to directly improve wildlife conservation outcomes in Southern Africa. The fees paid by our customers _directly_ support conservation projects in Southern Africa. We cater for customers internationally, but it is expected that our customers can speak english to a reasonable standard. ACE provide a consultative service - this means that the travel products on our website are not exhaustive. Whilst some of them can be purchased in isolation, we will normally consult with our clients to create a meaningful and bespoke experience that fulfils what, for many people, will be an unforgettable and once-in-a-lifetime experience.
