Freya Elliott Conservation Travel Consultant

Profile: Freya Elliott

Starting your adventure with African Conservation Experience marks the beginning of an awe-inspiring experience and meaningful connection to Africa’s wildlife. I'll be one of your initial points of contact when booking your trip, and it's my job to guide you through the process and answer any questions you may have. Whether you have always dreamed of bottle-feeding baby rhinos, rehabilitating big cats, or observing elephants in the wild, I'll help make those dreams come true by recommending the perfect projects!

I have always been interested in conservation since learning about its importance in school. Since then, I have volunteered for many initiatives, from beach clean-ups and conchology studies, to working in a turtle sanctuary. I also introduced conservation into my academic studies. I have an MSc in International Development where I studied the relationship humans have with global ecosystems.
I love spending time outdoors while hiking, and I have brought quite a lot of that natural world back into my home with my large collection of house plants! My love for nature has led me to travel the world seeking out new scenery and species. I've been lucky enough to visit over 20 beautiful countries, and I am happiest when discovering new places.

I'm excited to work for African Conservation Experience as it blends my passion for conservation and travel perfectly! I can’t wait to help craft the perfect conservation trip for you.
